**Welcome!** I am software engineer working at [[https://careers.google.com/locations/irvine/|Google Orange County]], where I design, prototype, and develop planet-scale data analytics and business intelligence applications that ingest, monitor, process, and visualize the vast quantity of data produced by Google's products and infrastructure. These tools track mission-critical performance, interaction and satisfaction metrics, dimensions, and trends over time, and provide high performance user-authorable data visualizations and deep data drill-down and analysis tools for analysts and leadership.

Previously, I was a part of [[http://www.ebay.com|eBay]]'s Human Interface Group (HIG), where I helped envision, design and implement [[http://blog.ebay.com/ebay-inc-and-kate-spade-saturdays-partner-for-interactive-storefronts/|novel]], [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lh4emOo7pfU|intelligent]], and {{:tru-kiosk.jpg?linkonly|beautiful}} interfaces, user experiences, and design standards for both online and offline commerce, driven by rapid iteration and real-world experimentation with bleeding edge hardware and software technology.

My primary research interests include human-computer interface design (UX), real-time data visualization and management, intelligent interfaces, and real-time interaction with rendering algorithms.
